Simple where we can be. Serious where we need to be.

We favor lightweight systems, practical ownership of infrastructure, real-device testing, fast iteration and fewer dependencies when another layer would create more problems than it solves.

The team

Jamey + Lex

Jamcono's development process is a working partnership between Jamey Cicalese and Lex, an AI development partner. We work together across product thinking, design, architecture, coding, debugging, testing strategy, research, documentation and iteration.

Jamey remains the human judgment, real-world context and final decision maker. Lex is present throughout the build process — not hidden behind a vague “AI powered” badge.
